An old room, a new chapter
Tucked into a Victorian brick storefront in the heart of the Ouray Historic District, this room has anchored Main Street for more than a century. Most recently it was home to the Full Tilt Saloon, and before that O’Brien’s Pub & Grill — mountain-town institutions that fed climbers, jeepers, and locals alike.
The Tavern keeps faith with that history. The bar stays. The timber stays. And carved above the door, two sirens with their tails entwined — the old relief, restored in gold — still keep watch over Main Street.
